Change of mind/wrong size: We want you to absolutely love your items and have the correct fit every time you shop with us, which is why we offer exchanges on our items. Preorder means that we are waiting on a delivery of fabric/stock to arrive before we can ship it out. This gives our customers a chance to order popular items before they hit our shelves and sell out. All of our Bows and Oversized Top Knots fit from new born to adult. Flutter Gowns fit from birth to roughly 12 weeks depending on babies weight. Clothing has specific sizing charts on each page and is standard AU sizing. Any questions regarding our sizing please send us a message.

Every step is made to ensure no item comes loose or will detach but please never leave your child unattended with any of our items due to the small parts risk. Remove all items before putting your baby to sleep as well. We quality check every single item that is sent out however please make sure you check your items once they reach you.

How do you take care and get the most out of your Little Lovies? Wash all Swaddles and Gowns on cold machine wash. Preferrably in a delicates bag. Clothing: Handwash is preferred however you can machine wash on gentle cycle. All Bows, Headbands, Turbans, Dummy Keepers and Bowies cold hand/spot clean only. Do not put into washing machine and do not tumble dry. Doing so could potentially ruin these items.
